Requirements
- A solid understanding of performance marketing beyond day-to-day campaign management
- Confident and proactive client communication
- Project management capabilities
- Competence in controlling and KPI-based decision-making
- Full ownership of performance management tasks
- Strong self-management and the ability to independently prioritize tasks
- Proactively contribute new ideas to improve account performance
Role requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing
- You’ve managed at least 30 client accounts
- You’ve achieved 15–20% average annual client growth
- You’ve managed at least 3 accounts with €100k+ ad spend
- You’ve managed 3 accounts in the push (paid social) segment
- You conduct regular client update calls and take care of weekly reporting
- You create strategic frameworks and map out the client’s growth roadmap
- You guide clients from their current state toward their target performance state based on our client’s performance frameworks
- You lead communication within (cross-functional team)
- You coordinate directly with tracking and creative teams
- You mentor and lead performance managers and are responsible for your clients’ growth
- You develop deep client understanding, including financial and strategic context
- You include controlling and financial performance—optimizing for net profit, not just Google Ads KPIs
