Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping CST working hours

Job Type: Independent Contractor, Full-time

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, US-based or overlapping with US business hours.

About the Company:

Family-owned and operated printing company that has grown to include Durable Products Labels and Die Cut Converting for Original Equipment Manufacturers and T-Shirts/Custom Apparel for the Promo Industry. We are looking for employees who want to become an important part of our business. In this case with new business development through digital marketing.

Role Overview:

We are looking to add a customer service representative to our team.  The ideal candidate for this position will have a background and training in customer service. We are looking for a self-starter who wants to build a career with a family-owned company. We don’t micro-manage. 

This role acts as a liaison between the customer and the sales or production department. Receives customer print inquiries concerning prospective, current, and past orders. Keeps customer informed about the status of their job by performing the following duties personally.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Field a high volume of inbound customer requests
  • Fills out quote request information, detailing parameters of print job. 
  • Coordinates the handling of customer pre-press material and specifications for to print job. 
  • Works closely with sales, production, and scheduling teams
  • Enters orders into the system as received from customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborates well with others, performs well in a team environment
  • Strong skill set in MS Office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Background and training in customer service
  • Self-starter who wants to build a career with a family-owned company
