One of our partner companies is currently looking for an Account Manager in the United States.

As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in nurturing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction. You’ll act as a key point of contact, ensuring all client needs are addressed and that services are delivered efficiently and effectively. In this role, you will support business growth by identifying opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, while working closely with internal teams to provide tailored client solutions. Your success will be measured by your ability to enhance client retention, satisfaction, and overall account performance. The position requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Ensure client needs are fully understood and addressed in a timely manner
  • Identify upsell opportunities and work to expand services within existing accounts
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and high-quality service

Meet established performance metrics and contribute to overall business goals

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer support or account management
  • Proven history of increasing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Deep understanding of the Account Management Journey
  • Prior experience working with SaaS business platforms
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
