Key Responsibilities — What you will do:
- Lead Onera’s sales activities in the Netherlands.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders in hospitals and clinics, including physicians, technicians, administrators and purchasing managers.
- Facilitate the contracting and onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our offerings.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and sales-related MBOs.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within existing accounts, as well as new market segments.
- Gather client feedback on service performance and communicate feedback to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and provide regular re-ports on client engagement, revenue, and satisfaction.
Requirements
What You Will Bring:
- You have a degree in business administration, marketing or biomedical engineering
- A proven track record of success in account management, sales, or business development within the healthcare industry, preferably in the medical device or diagnostic solutions sector.
- You are well versed in managing the sales process from contact to contract, and beyond, building long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Understanding of sleep medicine, sleep disorders, and the operational dynamics of sleep clinics is a strong plus.
- You are passionate about delivering highest value to your customers
- You have a clear understanding of purchasing processes in the healthcare environment
- You have a positive attitude, can-do mentality, and flexibility
- You are an ambitious and results-oriented goal getter
- You are proficient in Dutch and English
- You are legally authorized to work in the European Union and based in the Netherlands.
