We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our Social Media clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Social Media clients. 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional products or services.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and align our products/services accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on account status and progress.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and account management principles.
  • Good grasp of social media terms and principles.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
  • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Willing to work on the 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time schedule
  • Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
