Account Manager

We’re a fast-growing U.S.-based solar company on a mission to make clean energy accessible. Our operations team is expanding, and we’re looking for organized, reliable Account Managers based in Mexico to help guide our customers through the solar installation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions based on client needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and resolve issues
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and upsell services
  • Prepare reports on account status and performance
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and other departments to meet client goals

Requirements

  • Based in Mexico with excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • 1+ years experience in customer service, account management, or coordination roles.
  • Comfortable handling customer objections or concerns professionally and empathetically
  • Familiar with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and basic CRM systems
  • Experience in solar, construction, or home improvement industries is a strong plus
  • Highly organized and self-driven — able to manage multiple accounts independently
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and task completion
