Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining our existing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The successful candidate will have a strong customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and requirements to propose solutions and strategies that meet their needs.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product) to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
  • Develop and execute account plans and strategies, including regular business reviews and goal setting.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure account performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly, working closely with internal teams to resolve them effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to articulate the value and benefits of our products/services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, interactions, and activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of the industry/sector that the accounts belong to is a plus.
