Account Executive, Eye Cloud Pro – (Remote – US)

One of our companies is currently looking for an Account Executive, Eye Cloud Pro in United States.

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by selling software solutions and services to new clients. You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to address their unique challenges. This role requires a proactive approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to effectively present and negotiate software solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and meet set targets, all while staying up to date with industry trends and competitors.

Accountabilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client needs and tailor software solution presentations accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, acting as their primary contact throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring proper tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, product management, and customer success teams to align sales strategies and enhance customer experience.
  • Provide sales forecasts, progress reports, and updates to management, identifying challenges and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software sales, ideally within the SMB or mid-market segments.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with business management solutions and the ability to quickly learn new products.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software (Salesforce), and sales tools/technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both clients and internal teams.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
