Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, presentable, and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, preferably with an American accent, and comfortable engaging in video calls with clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive business growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, present our services to potential clients, and close deals to drive business growth.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in video calls with clients and the management team to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our services.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and sales teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, account status, client feedback, and potential opportunities.

Requirements

  • Presentable: Must have a professional appearance and demeanor suitable for client interactions.
  • Fluent in English: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a preference for an American accent.
  • Sales-Driven: Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Client-Focused: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts and sales activities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using video conferencing tools and other digital communication platforms.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales and account management is required.
