We seek a highly motivated and brilliant Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in finding business opportunities and managing customer relationships, focusing on the environmental impact of our SaaS ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate will spearhead efforts to preserve and expand our customer base among US utility companies and state agencies, driving us toward a more sustainable future.
How you can make an impact
- Strategic Business Planning: Craft detailed business plans to achieve predetermined goals and quotas, emphasizing environmental benefits.
- Sales Cycle Management: Take charge of the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential partners to closing deals, ensuring a sustainable and profitable partnership.
- Opportunity Identification: Uncover new sales opportunities through effective networking and nurture these prospects into long-term partnerships that align with our environmental mission.
- Product Presentation: Present our highly differentiated products to prospective clients, demonstrating their impact on energy efficiency, demand response, equity, and environmental sustainability.
- After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty and reinforce the impact of choosing our products.
- Partner Development: Maintain periodic contact with partners to understand and meet their needs, ensuring alignment with our platform roadmap.
- Agreement Negotiation: Negotiate agreements with a focus on long-term impact and maintain meticulous records of sales and data.
What you bring to the team
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; with a keen interest in sustainability.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/business development role, with a track record of managing the entire sales cycle.
- Location and Travel: This remote position is ideally situated in Southern California/Los Angeles, with required domestic travel to directly engage with partners and stakeholders.
- CRM Proficiency: Outstanding knowledge of CRM software (ideally HubSpot) to streamline sales processes and customer management.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, building solid relationships and conveying the environmental value of our offerings.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional time-management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Business Savvy: Strong business acumen with a passion for sustainability and environmental causes.

Enervee is a remote-friendly company with team members across the US. This role can be based anywhere in the US but candidates situated in Southern California/Los Angeles will be given priority.
The salary range for this position is: $100,000-$150,000.
