We’re looking for a responsible and proactive Account/Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for building strong and effective relationships with both a client and a team.
You’ll meet exciting challenges, and will constantly grow in technology and the international environment.

What You Will Do:

Take part in the new clients’ integrations;
Simultaneously work with clients from a diverse list of industries;
Maintain constant communication with annotation teams and clients;
Monitor annotation quality, and team discipline and ensure corporate culture within the team;
Keep track of key metrics to measure the success of the client’s request and the team, and identify areas for improvement;
Gather feedback from the client and share it with the internal team to improve delivered labeling services;
Proactively mediate and resolve any clients’ and annotators’ concerns or issues etc.;
Train annotation teams and supervisors.

What We Need:

Fluent English and Ukrainian;
1.5+ years of experience in tech service industry;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships;
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the clients and the company;
Proven ability to take responsibility;
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team;
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to account management;
Innovation mindset and the ability to be flexible and adjust to the changes.

Will be a great plus:

Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in IT outsourcing companies;
Desire to advance in AI & annotation services;
Good sense of humor
