(772) UI/UX Designer

Altoros, an established provider of software development services, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a UX kit for our website, guiding its redesign to enhance user experience and align with current trends
• Collaborate with web development to ensure designs are technically feasible and properly implemented
• Partner with marketing and content teams to produce visually engaging and strategically coherent content
• Manage design consistency and quality across multiple digital platforms
• Emphasize a user-centered design perspective, especially in developing marketing materials that resonate with and meet the needs of our customers

Requirements:

• Experience with adaptive/responsive design principles
• 2+ years of commercial experience in web, UX/UI design
• Proven experience in developing design systems from scratch
• Experience with SaaS, web, and mobile app design
• Strong UX and UI design skills
• Skilled in creating layouts, wireframes, and prototypes (Portfolio must be attached)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Understand the principles of HTML and CSS
• Ability to empathize with users, understanding their needs and perspectives to influence design decisions effectively
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level

Would be a plus:

• Basic animation skills
• Ability to create infographics
• Basic illustration skills
