Role Overview:
The Data Analyst will work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to evaluate marketing performance, optimize spend efficiency, and drive insights that fuel sustainable growth. This is a part-time role (approx. 20 hours per week) ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, and a track record of delivering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze marketing and business performance data across multiple channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Email, Affiliate, etc.).
- Develop dashboards, reports, and models that track KPIs related to customer acquisition, retention, incrementality, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing spend efficiency and overall business performance.
- Partner with the marketing team to analyze experiments and incrementality testing.
- Monitor trends in CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, and other key performance marketing metrics.
- Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership, both visually and verbally.
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a DTC e-commerce or performance marketing environment.
- Strong expertise in marketing metrics, attribution models, and incrementality testing.
- Advanced proficiency with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience working with marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, GA4, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
