Key Responsibilities:

  • Write highly personalized, engaging cold emails that spark interest and build trust.
  • Build and manage outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo.io, Reply.io, and Zendesk.
  • Research prospects in industries like hospitality, retail, and wellness, tailoring outreach to their unique needs.
  • Track campaign performance and refine messaging based on results.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to test messaging, refine targeting, and share insights.

Requirements

  • Exceptional writing skills — ability to craft concise, persuasive, and value-driven messages.
  • Strong work ethic — willingness to put in the manual effort where it makes a difference.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools (Apollo, Reply, Zendesk).
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, flexible environment.
  • Aligned with US business hours/time zones for collaboration with sales and customer success teams.
