Position: Business Development Representative

The Role:
This is not your average BDR role. We’re looking for people who write exceptionally well, work hard, and take pride in doing things manually when it counts. You’ll be responsible for creating outbound campaigns that cut through the noise and open doors with compelling cold emails.
What You’ll Do:
- Write highly personalized, attention-grabbing cold emails that get responses
- Build and manage outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo.io, Reply.io, and HubSpot
- Conduct prospect research and tailor outreach based on buyer personas and market segments
- Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on results
- Collaborate with the team to test messaging, refine targeting, and share best practices
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional writing skills—you must be able to write concise, clever, and persuasive messages.
- Work ethic—You’re someone who’s not afraid of manual work and goes the extra mile.
- Strong familiarity with common SDR tools (Apollo, Reply, HubSpot, etc.).
- Comfortable working independently in a flexible, remote environment.
- Prior experience in outbound sales or copywriting is a major plus.
