Role: 360° Recruitment Consultant (Contractor)
Hours: 7am-3pm SAST
Rate: Negotiable based on experience (Min On Target Earnings R42,000+/month)
Job Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a results-driven Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a 360° role owning everything from business development to candidate placement. If you’re a full-cycle recruiter with strong sales instincts, expert-level command of CRMs, ATS systems, lead generation, and a love for the hunt then this is for you. You’ll be joining a dynamic team supporting international clients (AU, UK, US) while working independently from anywhere in South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify companies hiring and build your own client pipeline.
- Present and close recruitment service proposals.
- Create and manage compelling recruitment campaigns
- Source, screen, and manage top candidates using ATS/CRM tools
- Maintain CRM records and manage follow-ups.
- Lead discovery and sales calls with a consultative approach
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from outreach to offer
- Hit sales targets and continuously grow your desk
Requirements
- 2+ years in recruitment (agency, offshoring, or consultative B2B sales)
- Proven success closing clients and hitting monthly targets
- Expertise with CRMs, ATS Systems, Lead Generation Platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication
- Polished telephone manner and confidence in leading client conversations
- Strong grasp of recruitment workflows and candidate lifecycle management
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously
- Familiarity with offshoring, EOR models, or recruitment in South Africa
- Experience supporting clients in Australia, the UK, or the US
- Ambition to move into a leadership role as the business scales
- Able to travel to Cape Town Head Office every 3 months (at own cost)
