About the role
As a 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing, screening, and placement1. This is a growth-critical role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service2.
What you’ll do
- Proactively identify and build relationships with new clients within the UK manufacturing and food sectors (or sector of your own)3.
- Act as a key point of contact for client accounts, delivering tailored recruitment solutions and maintaining long-term partnerships4.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality match with client requirements5.
- Oversee recruitment processes from job briefing to offer stage, including negotiating contracts and coordinating onboarding6.
- Represent the company’s values of trust, care, and diligence in all communications and interactions7.
- Contribute ideas and energy toward expanding market reach beyond Scotland into the wider UK8.
Requirements
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (end-to-end recruitment cycle)9.
- Background in or strong understanding of the manufacturing, food industry or similar (Can also be in a completely new sector)10.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and maintain client relationships11.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities12.
- Quick-thinking, highly responsive, and able to work autonomously13.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills14.
- Knowledge of or connections in the UK manufacturing/food recruitment landscape (desirable)15.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (desirable)16.
