Role Overview:
The Head of Operations & Growth will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations across the company while driving business growth through a strategic approach. You will lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, manage teams to achieve business goals, and identify new opportunities to scale. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on operational management, and a deep understanding of online marketing, partnerships, and conversions to fuel growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead and inspire the team to deliver results, ensuring clear reporting structures, accountability, and high performance.
- Marketing & Partnerships Integration: Drive marketing efforts with a focus on partnerships, recognizing that improving experiences leads to better marketing results. Work to continuously optimize the marketing cycle for greater impact.
- Process & Workflow Efficiency: Optimize operational workflows and ensure seamless alignment with marketing objectives. Ensure key operational tasks are completed effectively and on time.
- Recruiting & Team Expansion: Identify talent gaps in the organization, manage recruitment processes, and decide when to hire locally or tap into international expertise to scale.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and refine business processes, team structures, and task allocations to boost efficiency and growth. Regularly reassess the company’s operational setup to drive success.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team on long-term growth strategies. Contribute to decisions on resource allocation, team growth, and operational adjustments, with a focus on improving website conversion rates and partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational leadership with a focus on driving growth and efficiency, particularly in the e-commerce industry.
- Deep understanding of business operations, project management, and marketing growth strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage performance, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in process optimization, improving operational workflows, and maximizing business performance.
- A strategic mindset, capable of balancing day-to-day operations with long-term growth objectives.
