Work Hours (Client): 40 hours per week, US time zone (10 am – 6 pm ET)
Pay Range: $1000-1700 USD (Philippine candidate)/month (depending on interview assessment and client’s approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist to collaborate with a range of exciting brands and tech startups! In this role, you will be tasked with developing strategies, creating advertisements, and optimizing the performance of Meta, TikTok, and paid search advertising accounts. Sharing your insights and recommendations with team members will be crucial. Working closely with a Client Success Manager, you will collaborate on plans that enhance client performance, fostering their growth and success. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively remotely to achieve shared goals are essential for this position.
Job Summary:
As an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients’ digital campaigns. Your strong understanding of performance digital marketing metrics and your ability to analyze, identify areas for improvement, and justify campaign decisions will be invaluable.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Social:
– Strategize, execute, manage, and optimize a portfolio of paid social ad accounts
– Develop marketing strategies for paid social, creating clear plans to achieve client goals and identify new opportunities
– Possess comprehensive expertise in paid social strategy, including full-funnel dynamics, platform selection, attribution, measurement, and more
– Communicate strategy, performance, and recommendations effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
– Collaborate with the team to design funnels with a thorough understanding of LTV and CAC
Paid Search:
– Oversee the set-up, management, optimization, and analysis of clients’ Google, Bing, and other PPC campaigns
– Prepare and deliver performance reports to clients, identifying key insights, successes, and opportunities for improvement
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and search engine representatives
– Research, implement, and optimize paid search efforts, including PPC search, shopping, GDN, LinkedIn, and more
– Design funnels with a thorough understanding of LTV and CAC, not just initial customer/user acquisition
– Prepare weekly reports and call notes to present to clients, clearly explaining the strategy and next steps
– Monitor and enhance customer/user acquisition and activation performance
– Conduct keyword and competitor research for existing and prospective clients
– Build marketing strategies to acquire customers utilizing various online platforms
Additionally, you will:
– Take proactive steps to stay informed about industry developments and conduct market research to identify social media opportunities and competitiveness
Requirements
– 3+ years of paid social (Meta/TikTok experience preferred) and SEM experience in the consumer space, with a proven track record of building high-converting ad copy and campaign strategies to drive quantifiable results.
– 3+ years of agency experience (preferred).
– Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences.
– Comprehensive knowledge of keyword research and proficiency with SEM reporting and analytical tools.
– Certification in Google AdWords (or ability to successfully pass).
– Experience managing data feeds and shopping campaigns.
– Expertise in conceiving, testing, and optimizing ad copy.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
