Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Engineer. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for handling both front-end and back-end technologies to develop web applications. The day-to-day tasks may include designing user interactions on websites, developing servers and databases for website functionality, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications
- Design user interactions on websites and ensure high-quality user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Build interactive and responsive user interfaces using Next.js
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
- Utilize Python and FastAPI for back-end web development
- Work with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling
- Implement RESTful APIs and web services
- Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for code management
- Contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions, integrating Langchain, vector databases, and language models (LLMs)
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with FastAPI and Next.js frameworks
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
- Understanding of modern frontend development practices and responsive design
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Langchain, vector databases, and language models (LLMs)
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing relevant skills
