Position: Product Designer

Salary Range: USD 2300- 3300/month (based on experience)

Location: Fully remote, Only for LATAM

Working Hours: Full-time, 9AM- 5PM EST

Language: Professional proficiency in English level C1 is required.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the team to translate rough ideas into polished, development-ready designs. You’ll dive deep into understanding the essence of our products, crafting mockups, iterating based on feedback, and delivering meticulously designed software solutions. Expect to work hand-in-hand with me, receiving high-level goals and translating them into tangible screens and user flows.
• Proficiency in Figma is a must. Familiarity with complementary tools such as Framer, Webflow, Rive, or similar motion design platforms is a plus.
• Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of experience in the field, bringing a wealth of knowledge and insights to the table.
• This is a full-time position, requiring availability during Eastern Time Zone working hours (9-5pm).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX designs.
• Proficiency in Figma and ideally familiarity with additional design tools like Framer, Webflow, or Rive.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive user interfaces.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Availability to work full-time during Eastern Time Zone hours (9-5pm)
