We seek a team player to join TBP Automotive in an Operations position. In this role, the successful candidate will support the CEO by developing key processes for all parts of operating the startup business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a remote contract role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing production schedules, improving efficiency, implementing quality control measures, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Production Planning skills
- Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
