Working Hours: Full-time, 9AM – 5PM PT

In this role, you will work closely with the executive team to ensure smooth operations, drive strategic initiatives, and lead SEO marketing efforts. You will play a critical role in shaping our company’s growth trajectory by overseeing various aspects of operations, management, and marketing.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on key business decisions.
- Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and communications to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Operational Leadership:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Streamline workflows, identify areas for improvement, and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operations with business goals and objectives.
- Marketing Leadership:
- Lead the marketing team in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, content development, digital marketing initiatives, and social media strategies.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Keyword research (no background required)
- Team Management:
- Recruit, hire, and train marketing team members, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of marketing initiatives with other departments.
- Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans, annual budgets, and business forecasts.
- Identify emerging opportunities, threats, and market trends, and recommend strategic initiatives to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Chief of Staff or in a similar capacity.
- Must speak excellent English
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in team management, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
