Scope of the Role
We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive business growth through proactive lead generation and client relationship management. As a key player in our sales ecosystem, you’ll be responsible for prospecting inbound leads, nurturing existing client relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Prospect inbound leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within the existing client base.
- Reactivate dormant accounts through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Utilize HubSpot, ChatGPT, and Outlook to manage leads, track interactions, and communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, with a colloquial dialect.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, ChatGPT, and Outlook is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
