About the Role
As a 180 Recruiter, your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier candidates for our UK clients’ open positions. You’ll be responsible for the full candidate lifecycle, from initial sourcing to successful placement. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and identify potential candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, social media, and internal databases, with a specific focus on the UK market.
- Candidate Engagement & Screening: Conduct initial outreach, engage with candidates, and perform in-depth screening calls to assess their qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations for UK-based roles.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs of our UK clients, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Foster strong, lasting relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are well-prepared.
- Candidate Presentation: Present qualified and thoroughly vetted candidates to our UK clients, highlighting their strengths and suitability for the role.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about UK industry trends, market conditions, and compensation benchmarks to effectively advise candidates and contribute to our knowledge base.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our client-facing recruitment consultants to understand evolving hiring needs of our UK clients and ensure alignment on candidate requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a 180 Recruiter, Resourcer, or similar candidate-focused role, ideally with exposure to the UK market.
- Demonstrable success in sourcing and attracting high-quality talent.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to understand candidate motivations and needs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high degree of accountability in a remote environment.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and ever-changing recruitment landscape.
- A natural curiosity and desire to learn about different industries and roles.
