Requirements
- Focus on sourcing and qualifying candidates for current job openings.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through various sourcing techniques.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with 360 Recruiters and hiring managers to understand client needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms effectively to track candidates.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in our recruitment database.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
- Proficient in using recruitment technology and social media for sourcing.
- A good understanding of the recruitment process and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
