Requirements

  • Focus on sourcing and qualifying candidates for current job openings.
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through various sourcing techniques.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate with 360 Recruiters and hiring managers to understand client needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms effectively to track candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in our recruitment database.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
  • Proficient in using recruitment technology and social media for sourcing.
  • A good understanding of the recruitment process and market trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
