Base Salary: $1400 – $2000 USD per month, based on experience.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct consultation calls with law firms to assess their needs and recommend the best solutions.
Close deals with warm leads by understanding client requirements and offering customized services.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless onboarding experience.
Track sales performance, manage client accounts, and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

✅ Our Ideal Candidate:

Bilingual in English (C1+) and Spanish, both spoken & written. ️
2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or service-based industries.
Experience working with or selling to law firms (a big plus!). ⚖️
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Resilient and adaptable—thrives on overcoming objections and handling rejections with confidence.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Comfortable with CRMs and sales tools to track and optimize performance.
Permanently resides in Latin America.
