Enterprise Account Executive

Remote Recruitment is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to win and develop large enterprise clients for a UK-based business. Working fully remotely from South Africa, you’ll run complex sales cycles, engage senior stakeholders, and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise-level opportunities from prospect to close
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles over extended timeframes
  • Lead discovery sessions, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contracts
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline documented accurately in the CRM
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, legal, and customer success teams throughout the deal cycle

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on enterprise or mid-market accounts
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate large organisations
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills
  • Reliable internet and a professional home workspace

What’s on Offer

  • Salary: R30,000 per month
  • Full-time, permanent remote position
  • Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
