Requirements

As a Fullstack Engineer on the Localization team, you will own the internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) frameworks that ensure products work seamlessly across different markets.

Full-Stack Development: Use TypeScript and Node.js to build and maintain the core software tools and frameworks that power our global product experience.
Workflow Automation: Configure tools and automate complex workflows to ensure a precise and efficient process for our international expansion.
Data & Insights: Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports using JavaScript to support operations and enhance system efficiency.
System Health: Own end-to-end issue management, triage, and prioritization; you will lead thorough investigations into bugs and errors to ensure successful delivery.
Strategic Automation: Implement immediate and tactical automation solutions to drive continuous improvements in how our software handles global data.

Must-Haves

3+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with an eye for identifying patterns and trends.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to assist non-technical team members with implementing technical solutions.
Advanced verbal and written skills in English.

Nice-To-Haves

Experience with cloud infrastructure (Terraform, Kubernetes) and UNIX scripting (Python, Bash).
Familiarity with Ember.js, GitHub Actions, and LLM/AI-driven translation services.
Experience with Localization (l10n) and Internationalization (i8n) projects.
