Bookkeeper
Work Hours: Depends on company, but most companies want at least 2 hours of overlap with U.S. time zones

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.
 - Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
 - Generate timely and insightful financial reports for management review.
 - Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
 - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
 - Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
 - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives.
 - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address financial queries and concerns.
 
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
 - Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
 - Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.
 - Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
 - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
 - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
 - Strong organizational and time management skills.
 - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
