Senior Product Manager (Remote – US)

Accountabilities

  • Lead the development, launch, and scaling of products that transform clinical trial processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply analyze problems and build innovative, effective solutions.
  • Define product strategy and roadmap, balancing competing priorities with decisive action and clear judgment.
  • Track adoption and performance, identify areas for improvement, and proactively drive business growth.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful positioning, adoption, and long-term impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of product management experience, ideally in the technology sector.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, evolving environments while navigating ambiguity with confidence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with curiosity to deeply understand markets, competition, customers, and strategy.
  • Decisive, action-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Empathy for end-users, with passion for creating impactful solutions that solve real challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complexity and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
