Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a Junior Recruiter (Start in IT & AI| German-speaking) Data Labeling, Short-term to join its innovative team.
No prior IT experience is required — just a strong eye for detail, fluent German and English, and a willingness to learn. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a real AI product used in recruiting, without doing technical tasks or sourcing candidates.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Review real job search queries and analyze AI-generated job posting results.
- Label postings for relevance and application likelihood using clear HR-based rules.
- Ensure quality of data by performing checks and flagging unclear cases.
- Collaborate with the client’s team in German (written and spoken).
- Work in secure digital environments with full remote flexibility.
- It is a remote, Short-term (3 months), and full-time position (160 working hours per month).
Requirements
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 0–1 years of experience in recruiting, HR support, or people operations.
- Speak German and English fluently.
- Like working with structured information and following clear instructions.
- Are curious, self-organized, and ready to work remotely.
No tech background? No problem!
You’ll get onboarding support and will use intuitive tools. If you’ve ever worked with job descriptions, search filters, or ATS systems, you’ll pick this up easily.
