Customer Service Representative

  • Respond to customer support inquiries via Atlas (support platform) and Dialpad (calls/texts)
  • Proactively get on the phone with customers when needed (not just limited to chat support)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through workflows in the app
  • Work with waste haulers, many of whom are less tech-savvy and appreciate phone-based support
  • Recognize and share trends/themes in support issues with the broader team to inform product improvements

Requirements

  • Flawless English (imperceptible that they are not U.S. based)
  • High IQ and strong critical thinking ability
  • Super tech-savvy and able to quickly grasp complex software
  • Strong communication skills (especially phone etiquette)
  • Comfortable and confident engaging with rough or direct personalities
  • Proactive and able to identify repeat issues and flag for product/engineering follow-up
