Customer Service Representative
- Respond to customer support inquiries via Atlas (support platform) and Dialpad (calls/texts)
- Proactively get on the phone with customers when needed (not just limited to chat support)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through workflows in the app
- Work with waste haulers, many of whom are less tech-savvy and appreciate phone-based support
- Recognize and share trends/themes in support issues with the broader team to inform product improvements
Requirements
- Flawless English (imperceptible that they are not U.S. based)
- High IQ and strong critical thinking ability
- Super tech-savvy and able to quickly grasp complex software
- Strong communication skills (especially phone etiquette)
- Comfortable and confident engaging with rough or direct personalities
- Proactive and able to identify repeat issues and flag for product/engineering follow-up
