Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market intelligence and talent mapping across multiple sectors within the UK C-suite landscape.
- Leverage advanced sourcing methods—Boolean logic, X-ray search, competitive research, social intelligence—to uncover passive talent.
- Build, manage, and curate a proprietary network of executive leaders and senior operators.
- Deliver insightful candidate reports, market feedback, and data-driven recommendations to shape recruitment strategies.
- Partner closely with senior hiring managers and client stakeholders to define role requirements, leadership profiles, and search roadmaps.
- Personally engage with and nurture relationships with high-level executives, ensuring a tailored and respectful candidate experience.
- Track and forecast talent market trends, providing competitive intelligence and strategic insight to support long-term hiring decisions.
- Champion innovation in sourcing by integrating AI tools, automation platforms, and digital strategies to scale and refine search efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in executive search, talent research, or headhunting, ideally within a high-performance, UK-focused recruitment environment.
- Currently employed in a UK-based recruitment or executive search firm with demonstrable exposure to senior-level placements.
- Proven success sourcing, qualifying, and placing senior leaders, including C-suite and board-level professionals.
- Mastery of sourcing technologies and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Apollo, and CRM/ATS systems.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and talent intelligence capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills; able to build trust with executive candidates and client stakeholders alike.
- Adept at managing complex search assignments with discretion, clarity, and urgency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline preferred.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting tools to optimise research and outreach (including AI-driven sourcing methods).
