About the Role

As a Cold Caller & Appointment Setter, your core responsibility is to generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calling. You’ll focus on engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking meetings with decision-makers — playing a critical role in driving the top of the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to engage B2B prospects
  • Qualify leads based on need, budget, and buying readiness
  • Book appointments with key decision-makers for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers on targeting and messaging
  • Provide feedback to improve cold calling scripts and outreach strategy
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for calls, qualified leads, and meetings booked

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with sales CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), diallers, and prospecting tools
  • Confident in making cold calls and navigating gatekeepers
  • Comfortable with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, and ChatGPT
  • Self-starter with a reliable remote setup (laptop, high-speed internet, quiet workspace)
