Job Title: Amazon Account Manager
Job type: Fully Remote
Work Schedule: 10 am – 6 pm EST

We are actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Amazon Account Manager to join our client’s e-commerce team.

Responsibilities:

Making sure all listings on Amazon are listed with stock in other Amazon marketplaces globally.
Handling Amazon, Walmart, and eBay stores.
Fixing listings, managing feedback & reviews.
Perform keyword research and campaign management.
Track and analyze sales metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales trends. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Regularly review and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in Amazon UK Account Management.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon, Walmart, and eBay stores
Skills in handling Shien, TikTok, Gmail, Google Sheets, Excel, and More.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry trends, Amazon policies, and the broader e-commerce landscape.
