One of our companies is currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator – Ecommerce in India.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to support ecommerce content management and SEO optimization. In this remote role, you will manage and maintain online product listings, refine category navigation, and ensure accurate and engaging content across ecommerce platforms. You’ll work with digital assets, coordinate catalog uploads, and assist with third-party tools like Narvar, Qualtrics, and Yotpo. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent proofreading skills, and the ability to manage multiple ecommerce platforms. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in a global digital retail operation.

Accountabilities:

  • Proof and update product content on the website, including titles, descriptions, SEO tags, images, and color groupings
  • Maintain and create new categories, sort rules, sales sections, and SEO-optimized content across the ecommerce site
  • Coordinate and support A/B testing, PDP recommendations, and site-wide updates
  • Manage tasks related to third-party vendors (Narvar, Qualtrics, Yotpo, Global-e), including email content, product links, and catalogs
  • Review and update digital catalogs, ensuring accurate links and content updates
  • Generate and maintain ecommerce performance reports including sales by SKU, category insights, and search data
  • Respond to internal team tickets and requests, ensuring timely and accurate execution

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing or ecommerce coordination
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
  • Strong typing proficiency (minimum 40 WPM)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and general reporting tools
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or similar ecommerce platforms
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday)
