One of our companies is currently looking for a Capacity Manager in the United States.

We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Capacity Manager to join a fast-growing cloud infrastructure team serving the AI and ML ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of technical operations and commercial strategy, ensuring that compute resources are effectively aligned with business needs. You’ll serve as a key liaison between technical engineers, product managers, and commercial teams, helping to shape and scale resource planning processes. Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and manage incoming resource requests from the sales and commercial teams
  • Optimize resource allocation by designing scalable capacity planning frameworks
  • Develop and implement automation tools to streamline capacity management processes
  • Act as a communication bridge between engineering, product, and executive teams
  • Create and improve processes for resource forecasting, tracking, and reporting
  • Contribute to building a high-functioning operations culture in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, resource management, or a similar strategic planning role
  • High-level understanding of infrastructure and product architecture
  • Strong communication skills, capable of interfacing with developers and executive stakeholders
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving systems
  • Self-driven, proactive, and confident in making decisions in a cross-functional context
  • Bonus: Experience managing an analytics team or infrastructure-related projects
