One of our companies is currently looking for a Sales Enablement Manager in USA or Canada.

This is a high-impact role designed for a strategic thinker and natural communicator who thrives on making complex information simple, actionable, and engaging. As the Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll shape how the sales team learns, grows, and stays aligned with ongoing changes in product, process, and market dynamics. You’ll own the design and delivery of onboarding and continuous learning programs, leveraging both human expertise and AI tools to scale knowledge and performance. Accountabilities:

  • Lead and evolve the Sales Enablement strategy, managing onboarding, training, and upskilling across GTM teams.
  • Create and maintain clear, engaging enablement content that supports new product launches, sales motions, pricing changes, and more.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and subject matter experts to build and refine learning programs tailored to individual and team needs.
  • Monitor sales performance and knowledge gaps, launching targeted initiatives to improve results.
  • Manage learning platforms and tools, ensuring all training materials are current, organized, and easily accessible.
  • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation, extract insights, and personalize training at scale.
  • Support frontline sales coaching by surfacing insights from recorded calls and team interactions.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to distill complex, fast-changing information into clear, useful training materials.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to clarity and impact.
  • Proven project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, summarization, and workflow optimization.
  • A proactive, learning-oriented mindset, with curiosity and adaptability as core strengths.
  • Background in sales enablement, instructional design, L&D, content strategy, or consulting is a plus, but not mandatory.
