In this position, you will work closely with clients to grasp their hiring requirements, actively source and evaluate candidates, and manage the recruitment process end-to-end. Your proficiency in Italian will be vital in ensuring effective communication with candidates from Italy and other Italian-speaking regions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, with a primary focus on Italian-speaking candidates
- Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent
- Conduct interviews and evaluations to ascertain candidate qualifications and fit
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Stay abreast of recruitment trends and employment conditions in Italian-speaking markets
- Provide timely updates and constructive feedback to candidates regarding their application progress
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all recruitment activities for tracking and reporting
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a freelance or remote environment
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment practices and strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently while managing multiple recruitment tasks
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
