About the Opportunity:

As a Sr. Medical Billing Consultant, you will work with our clients to provide expert guidance and support in optimizing their medical billing processes. With at least 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, you will bring your expertise to help clients improve their billing efficiency, reduce errors, and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

·         Provide expert medical billing consulting services to clients, including conducting audits, analyzing billing data, and identifying areas for improvement.

·         Develop and implement customized medical billing solutions to meet clients’ specific needs.

·         Collaborate with clients to design and implement processes to improve billing efficiency, reduce errors, and increase revenue.

·         Stay up-to-date on the latest regulations and industry trends, and provide guidance to clients on compliance and best practices.

·         Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on medical billing best practices and industry standards.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

·         At least 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a senior management or director role.

·         At least 5 years of experience in medical billing, coding, or a related field.

·         Strong understanding of medical billing regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and private payers.

·         Proven track record of improving billing efficiency, reducing errors, and increasing revenue.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Familiarity with medical billing software and systems.
