About this role

The Marketing Assistant will work as part of FI Ltd.’s UK marketing team. This role will report into the Content and Communications Lead. Primary duties will include content creation, graphic design, and email marketing. Additional responsibilities will include using modern sales and marketing techniques to attract new students and maintain good relationships with existing students.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Creating imagery for blogs, social media and digital adverts using tools such as Canva and InDesign.
  • Updating website content, following SEO best practices, and liaising with suppliers.
  • Supporting key stakeholders across the First Intuition network with ad hoc content requests.
  • Identifying appropriate channels and strategies for new marketing activity including video platforms, influencer marketing and consumer generated content.
  • Handling inbound enquiries about products and services via telephone, Microsoft Teams, social channels, and email.
  • Using marketing channels to generate new leads and influence the customer journey.
  • Building relationships with potential students and converting warm leads.
  • Working towards sales targets and producing monthly sales performance reports.
  • Supporting and overseeing internal and external student events.
  • Supporting additional work as reasonably required by management from time to time. This list is not exhaustive.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and its role in the sales process.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational, problem solving and time management skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
