Sales and Account Management Executive – Partnerships
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales and Account Management Executive to join our team and support the growth and management of partnerships in the ANZAC region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As a Sales and Account Management Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and helping to drive revenue by leveraging our tech, brand, and operational expertise. You will play a crucial role in our international expansion efforts, focusing on the ANZAC region.
This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their sales career and be part of a growing team with international reach.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in the ANZAC region.
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct outbound sales activities to introduce Houst and its offerings to potential partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the ANZAC region.
- Engage prospects through effective communication, presentations, and tailored sales pitches.
- Manage your sales pipeline and ensure that our CRM is up-to-date.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities (which may be outside regular working hours).
Requirements
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of sales cycles and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Enthusiasm for the proptech industry.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for achieving targets.
- Must be based in Melbourne to visit clients, although the role itself is remote.
