As the German Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will play a vital role in matching qualified candidates with the right employers in the consumer services industry. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and source suitable candidates who possess the necessary language skills and expertise.

By leveraging your German language proficiency, you will contribute to our diverse and international team and help bridge the language gap between candidates and employers.
Responsibilities
- Conducting recruitment activities such as screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and assessing their qualifications for specific job openings.
- Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Facilitating the interview process by coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and employers.
- Conducting reference checks, background verifications, and assessing candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Providing regular updates and feedback to clients regarding the recruitment process and candidate progress.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our recruitment database.
Requirements
- Fluent in German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and match them with suitable job openings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
