About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment operations in the Philippines. As an independent contractor working remotely, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Performance Metrics: Track recruitment metrics and KPIs to monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in the recruitment process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, preferably in the Philippines market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Previous experience as an independent contractor is a plus.
