About the Job:
We are looking for a strategic Head of Sourcing to lead our talent acquisition efforts in the Philippines. As an independent contractor, you will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies that align with Pearl Talent’s mission. This role is fully remote, requiring 40 hours per week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategies: Tailor sourcing strategies to meet the specific needs of the Philippines market.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing sourcing team.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of top-tier candidates.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance sourcing efforts.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to meet their talent needs efficiently.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key sourcing metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements in sourcing methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within talent sourcing or recruitment.
- Expertise in the Philippines talent market.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience working remotely as an independent contractor is a plus.
