What You’ll Do:

  • ️ Keep the Wheels Turning: Ensure smooth operations across Product Development, Inventory Management, Design, and Advertising teams.
  • Stay on Target: Hold team members accountable for their weekly tasks and keep everyone on track to hit those deadlines.
  • Drive Growth: Implement strategies to scale our brand across Amazon markets, focusing on sustainable growth in the USA and launching our products in the DE market.
  • Expand Our Reach: Oversee the successful launch and growth of our products in the DE Amazon market, adapting to regional needs.
  • Lead and Inspire: Mentor and motivate your team to perform at their best while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Keep Learning: Stay ahead of the game by continuously seeking out knowledge and expert advice to keep our brand competitive.

  • Amazon Expert: You’ve managed a successful Amazon brand and understand the ins and outs of marketplace dynamics.

  • People Person: You excel at managing relationships across various teams and departments.
  • Market Savvy: Familiarity with the UK, USA, and DE Amazon markets, and experience with market-specific challenges.
  • Business Brain: You’ve got a solid grasp of P&L basics and can identify and implement financial improvements.
