We are now seeking a motivated Associate Producer specialising in Team Coordination to support our Tech Art and Game Design teams. The role centres on ensuring smooth operation and maximum efficiency of our cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will foster clear communication, track and report on progress, and help resolve any team issues, contributing to a productive and harmonious working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operation and smooth workflows.
- Monitor project timelines, track progress, and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication within teams and with other departments or stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress and obstacles, reporting as necessary to the leadership team and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any interpersonal issues within the team, fostering a positive and harmonious work environment.
- Collaborate closely with the teams to optimise their workflows, identify and address bottlenecks and impediments.
- Liaise with producers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth flow of information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Associate Producer, Team Coordination, or similar role in the gaming industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
- An understanding of game development processes.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and decision-making processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
