Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently seeking a talented Dutch Customer Experience Specialist for a FinTech company. This exciting opportunity allows you to work remotely from Greece while providing exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the financial technology industry.

As a Dutch Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product and service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will handle a variety of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, using your excellent communication skills and product knowledge to address customer needs and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product and service information
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate problems when necessary
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, live chat)
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on pending issues
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Empathetic and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Familiarity with FinTech products and services is a plus
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid EU passport or ID
