As a Dutch Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with their orders, answering questions about products, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide product information, process orders, and assist with returns or exchanges
  • Handle and escalate customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Achieve and exceed performance targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in a customer service or contact center role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy towards customers
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with self-discipline and motivation
  • Highly organized with good time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
  • Valid EU passport or ID
